This page was done with a lot of the new art alchemy paints by Finnabair, some of Prima's 3D matte gel, Tim Holtz Tissue paper, scrap papers, Distress Inks, Pitt Artist Big Brush Pens and Tim Holtz's Wildflower Stencil, Finnabair's bubble stencil and Dylusions Black Marble paint. Lots of layers to this one and it had me stumped for a while how to finish it. But a little voice in my head heard Lynn Perella saying that it needs black, everything always does, Lol! So here it is, hope you enjoy

I seem to have gravitated to elephants at the moment but it is most likely due to the fact that I really wanted to use this elephant stamp of Nathalie Kalbach's from Stampendous. I used several of Dylusions paints and stencils to create the background and border. Throw in a few Pitt Artist Big Brush Pens, Sharpie Paint Pens and Micron Pens and this is the result of my efforts.

I have always been fascinated by elephants and have been wanting to do a page with one for a while. Big shout out to Cinnamon Cooney aka The Art Sherpa for her elephant image and tutorial. I love art journaling so switched it up, put it in my Dylusions Journal, used all of Dyan's yummy paints, several of her stencils and her wonderful layering techniques. Throw in a few paint pens and voila, my Elephant in the Jungle. Quite chuffed with how she turned out.

Here is my creation for the May 2016 Dylusions Facebook Page challenge. Had to use the colour green so I used all three of Dyan's greens and then one yellow and two non colours being black and white. Lots of stencils and micron .35 pen plus two sharpie paint pens in black and white. The dragonflies are originally gold so I used an identipen to make them green, stuck them down on the page and used a green gelly glaze pen to give them a translucent look. Tons of fun as per usual when using Dyan's and Rangers products.

It's been a busy few weeks. I had an amazing time in Montreal at Scrapbook Centrale enjoying a weekend with Dyan Reavley. Here is my completed page using all her fabulous paints and a cut out from her coloring book. Lots of fun to do and the doodling is so relaxing.
